Ce fut mon premier barbecue coréen, et dès les premiers instants, la magie a opéré. Les parfums s'élevaient doucement (jusqu'à en garder la trace et l'odeur encore ce matin sur mes vêtements) et le simple fait de partager et de faire cuire nos viandes tout en les dégustant ensemble, au rythme des conversations, a largement contribué à rendre ce moment particulièrement chaleureux et convivial.
Le personnel discret et très professionnel a contribué à rendre ce moment encore plus plaisant.
Je suis repartit avec l'envie sincère de revenir pour découvrir d'autres plats à la carte.
Trois plateaux de viandes (boeuf, poulet, poitrine), une entrée et trois desserts pour 85 euros. Un prix que je trouve tout à fait correct au regard de la qualité et du plaisir partagé.
